All orders are sent using discreet plain padded bags for your privacy - with no indication of the contents. Only your name, address and our return address will be visible on the outside of the packaging.
The return address is shown as “T2 Enterprises Ltd”. Myplaythings.co.uk is not printed anywhere on the outside packaging.
We do not sell or share our mailing list, either paper or electronic, nor
do we allow others organisations access to it. for any reason. Any information
given to myplaythings.co.uk is used only for the specific purposes of completing
the sale to you.
We will only call you if we have a question or problem about your order. If you are not available when we call, we will be as discreet as possible in leaving any message; we will only say that T2 Enterprises is calling with a question or problem about your order.
If we or our credit card processor suspects card fraud, we may contact the
holder of a credit card used on the order at the billing address or telephone
numbers supplied/referenced by data checks.
All orders are shipped with a VAT receipt, which indicates the name and address
of the purchaser. If the item is a gift please email us separately so we can
send the invoice direct to you.
For customers not comfortable ordering online you are more than welcome to
call by telephone in office hours on 01952 770577. The phone will be answered

Payment by credit/debit can then be made over the phone.
We also accept payment by PayPal.
As a registered Limited Company we are required by law to keep statutory accounting information which will include; records of orders, including customer addresses and payment information (EXCLUDING credit card numbers)
Any surplus paperwork containing customer names, addresses, or other information
is incinerated on site for maximum security of personal details.
